This one hour class may well be the most energizing, relaxing and health-giving hour of your week. Advertised for Seniors and accommodating even the most handicapped, this class is suitable and open for all ages and levels of fitness–all ages, teen teenagers take benefit. Every week is different, but the aim is to incorporate body, mind and spirit in every session and give a very good and thorough activation of every part of the body under the experienced and skilled supervision of Marko Kowalski. No set fees, by donation.
